Regina Mehler is an entrepreneur and founder of the WOMEN SPEAKER FOUNDATION. She recommends more than 500 speakers out of her pool of female excellence and supports female experts to position themselves on the speaker market. Her start-up 1ST ROW develops leadership brands as well as personal expert-brands for executives and board. As a corporate consulter, she focusses on change and innovation management with a core competency in marketing strategies.
Regina Mehler has more than 20 years of experience as a marketing executive in IT companies such as Siebel, Software AG and Adobe where she lead innovative marketing and change management. Besides being the CEO of the WOMEN SPEAKER FOUNDATION, which she founded to empower female experts, she functions as a member of the supervisory board of an IT enterprise and is part of the advisory board of the Europe wide marketing network CMO Council.
She authored The Phoenix Effect, an executives guide to innovation management and marketing through thinking across borders, which appeared both in German and in English. She also is member of board of the Deutscher Gründerverband and Academic Advisor at the University of St. Gallen.
