Nearly twenty years of practical experiences in one of Germanys top companies enable Heike Schrömgens to train and consult in purchasing and sales.
Her background: she was responsable as sales director for the DIY business in the DACH region of a top DIY brand. Before digging into sales she focused on purchasing in two different areas:
automotive aftermarket and consumer goods. As purchasing director she headed the teams of three plants.
Overall she headed teams for more than 10 years.
The focus today is consulting and training for sales and purchasing, close to practical needs. As an official coach she concentrates on business and career questions of her coachees.
